A huge part of my education was breathing in Classical and Jazz music. Played the violin, piano and guitar and later started to sing.
Sang in bands, took lessons and at the age of 18 went to study Jazz Vocals at Artez Conservatorium in Holland, where I was taught and inspired by some amazing singers/musicians of the jazz scene such as Humphrey Campbell, Greetje Kauffeld, Mark Murphy, Josee Koning, Deborah Brown and Jerry van Rooyen.

I performed worldwide and have extensive experience in a wide range of styles such as Jazz, Big Band, Jazz/Country/Blues, Musical and World Music.
